Within our premises in Stornoway we operate an IT Solutions service, we offer expertise and advice whatever the enquiry. Customers will have the opportunity to discuss their needs and also see our workshop in operation.
Our Technical Team consists of five highly qualified and experienced engineers.
ND Macleod Ltd seeks to provides expert Business IT support. Whether your company uses a PC or a Mac, we have a strong team of highly skilled technicians covering every stage of the technology lifecycle. We can:
- Provide support if you have a major disaster and help get you back on your feet.
- Take care of your portable appliance testing, PC and printer maintenance.
- Offer any level of cover you the customer requires.

We cover the Western Isles from Barra to Ness and are perfectly placed to assist.
As part of the training plan all our Technicians are required to carry out customer specific training, whether in house or with our customers. We are also working towards all our engineers achieving A+ certification followed by the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE) qualification.
All Technicians are required to complete Disclosure Scotland and once we receive back a clear response they are issued with Company ID to enable them to go onsite with customers. All Technicians are also covered by confidentiality agreements and we are more than willing to sign Non-Disclosure agreements (NDA) to cover any specific customer requirements.
