Our Repair Centre at N D Macleod has been set up to efficiently handle Repair activity on a wide range of Electronics hardware on a variety of levels, from Module swap-out and Chassis Refurbishment, to component level fault-finding and repair. Should your electronic device develop a fault it may lead to a costly new replacement when instead it could have been repaired.
Our Debug & Repair Technicians are fully trained in modern techniques and have previously completed a number of Technical projects on hardware including –

ND Macleod offer comprehensive fault finding and repair services at competitive prices.
Faults will be diagnosed by experienced engineers, then either an estimate for the full cost of the repair or advice on a suitable replacement will be supplied.
We have the scope to provide a Technical helpdesk with full RMA processing and management, this will include tracking by serial number, we will also provide customized real-time reporting, including root cause analysis reports.
Utilising our workshop facilities we can provide a recycling / re-use service:
•Service and Repair Hardware
•Remove any valuable components and re-use
•Optional return of strategic components to Customer if require
•Arrange for sale of valuable components into Grey Market
•Disposal of non-reusable hardware with regulatory guidelines
